Job Description

We are looking for someone to drive commercial activity in Marseille, in coordination with the Group's other divisions and the Regional Manager, in order to achieve the company’s defined business and operational objectives and strategies. This person will also act as the company’s representative in their area of responsibility.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the forwarding team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, while providing leadership, support, and guidance to achieve performance and service quality targets.
• Coordinate with the Sales team, aligning commercial efforts with operational capabilities to maximize client satisfaction and business growth.
• Support Operations, offering strategic input and assistance to optimize logistics processes and resolve any issues efficiently.
• Liaise with overseas agents, maintaining strong communication channels and fostering collaboration with international partners.
• Lead procurement and negotiation efforts, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and building solid relationships with suppliers.
• Drive the development of corporate projects and products, contributing to the design and implementation of strategic initiatives that enhance the Group’s service offering and market position.

• Experience in Forwarding (Sea-Air)
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in Shipping
• Knowledge of additional languages (Spanish plus others)
